Dear Colleague CENTRA - CENTRA for astrophysics and Gravitation at Instituto Superior Técnico is opening one research position (postdoc) in the field of supernovae, their environments and their use as distance indicators. This position is supported by the project CRISP - Correcting Reddening Intelligently for cosmological Supernova Probes. CRISP-is a scientific project devoted to the study of reddening and extinction laws affecting supernova observations. The work aims to study supernovae and their environments and includes the development and implementation of modern astrostatistical techniques that take advantage of large statistical data samples.
